IPM Hall of Fame

The Southern IPM Hall of Fame honors individuals whose careers have made a lasting and significant impact on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) throughout the Southern United States. This prestigious recognition celebrates leaders whose dedication, innovation, and service have advanced the science, education, implementation, and promotion of IPM over many years.

IPM Hall of Fame inductees represent the highest level of achievement in the IPM community. Through decades of work, these individuals have helped shape the direction of IPM by conducting influential research, developing practical management strategies, mentoring future professionals, and building partnerships that strengthen pest management programs across the region.

Their contributions often include the authorship of educational materials, scientific publications, manuals, books, and extension resources, as well as presentations and outreach efforts that have expanded the reach and understanding of IPM. Beyond these accomplishments, Hall of Fame recipients have demonstrated sustained leadership and a commitment to improving agricultural systems, natural resources, public spaces, and communities through science-based pest management solutions.

The Southern IPM Hall of Fame serves as a lasting tribute to the individuals whose careers have transformed IPM in the South and whose influence continues to benefit growers, educators, researchers, industry professionals, and the public. Their achievements stand as an inspiration to future generations working to advance Integrated Pest Management.
